DH had a regular doctor's appointment this morning and I stayed home of course. I got a phone call that I needed to go pick him up and take him to the hospital. Apparently, during a routine breathing treatment he passed out ice cold. He's had asthma all his life and has done this breathing treatment every year. It's nothing new. They wanted us to go to the ER to check and make sure everything was okay and Triage would be notified we were on our way.
Long story short, we got to the ER at 1:30, it's now 8:05 and we got home about 20 minutes ago. My back, belly, legs, feet, neck, head, hands, EVERYTHING hurts. I'm so sore from being stuck in those uncomfortable ER chairs. Of course, everything with DH was fine and normal, they don't know why he passed out in the first place. Thank God he's okay, but D@MN am I one sore mama.
Sidenote: People in the ER are crazy. Crazy women talking to themselves and all these sick people and their germs surrounded us. I'm going to go shower and scrub every inch of my body. I already have to get a new hand sanitizer because I was starting to run out from using it so much at the hospital. YUCK.

Re: Spent the day in the ER..but not for me.
When I was PG with DS, we ended up in the ER 3 times for my DH. One time he was having severe chest pains. They kept running tests and sending him home, then he would get worse and we would have to go back. It ended up being his gallbladder and he had surgery to remove it 2 weeks before DS was born. It was awful.
