DH and I DTD with no goalie, and even though I assured him I was in no way ovulating (which I was 99% sure I was not), I still hoped that there was some chance I was wrong and I could have been. I wasn't. AF came and I was super mad, and I pretended to be relieved with him, even though I wasn't at all.

I have another. So I put Lena down for a nap and could not believe how quickly she fell asleep. I came on here to play around, and was thrilled to get the next couple hours to myself. Well, about 2 minutes ago I realized I could hear her through the walls. I had the monitor turned off and she had been up fussing the whole time! Mommy Fail.

I totally lost it and yelled at DD (4.5) this morning. I feel absolutely horrible about it, but she keeps leaving things on the ground, where our dog or DS chew on them. Last night she was goofing off with my MP3 player and left it out. The dog got a hold of it and chewed it to pieces. Not only does it not work, but the dog could have gotten very sick had he reached the battery. Thankfully he is fine and its was a cheapo I got for running in the rain. I apologized after I had a chance to cool down, but I still feel badly.

This also reminds me why I am thankful we don't spank. If I was in the habit of spanking I have no doubt I would have lost my temper and hit her backside much harder than what I feel is acceptable for spanking.

Someone had her first Happy Meal this week. I don't feel that bad about it, though, because she was really only interested in the apple slices.

I find myself changing Mason's diapers less often lately. It is such a ridiculous battle each and every time with all out screaming and tears that I sometimes put it off longer than I used to. I would never leave him in a poop diaper, but he has never had a rash and doesn't mind a wet diaper ... so that is my dirty confession for now. Mommy of the year award right here.

I bought a box of condoms today for the first time since 2010. We can't start TTC until I have a period darn miscarriage and we figured we probably should aim for any accidents yet either lol At least I should get some action tonight : it's been a long 2 weeks ;

ooo, fun! i had to leave for work early one day this week and left the boys in the care of DH before our nanny arrived. i get a text half way through my morning meeting to say that DH went to get baby B out of his crib after his morning nap and he had removed his poopy diaper! (first time, and hopefully the last!) i laughed and almost had to leave my meeting. couldn't help it - OF COURSE that would happen to DH when i was not home. lol.

We'll have to see...he's camped out on the floor watching the Tigers game and I stupidly just painted my toe nails. LOL

I know it's not Friday anymore, but I've got one from yesterday. I've been feeling just awful, and yesterday, I watched Glee with DS. He didn't pay any attention, but I still felt like a crappy mom. But it did make me feel a little better, so I think it was worth it.
