Garden State in Voorhees is very popular on this board - I go there and am very happy with them. They deliver out of Virtua Voorhees. They have great hours M-F all day long and there are about 15 docs (well, some are nurse practitioners but they are great also). So you have plenty to choose from. I have my favorites there but I didn't meet one that disliked.
I recently switched from Garden State to Cherry Hill OB/GYN and definitely recommend them. GS was a little big for me and I've also had some complications and am much more pleased with the way CH has handled my situation. They're in Mt Laurel off 73 by 295 and deliver at Virtua Voorhees.
I go to OBGYN Associates of Sewell in Washington Township. They are in the new Virtua Complex. It is an all women practice with 5 doctors and one mid-wife. They are also right next door to MFM which is very convenient.

I also recommend Cherry Hill OB/GYN. They have 4 doctors and 2 midwives that deliver. Drs. McCrosson and McCullen are my absolute favorite- they are sooo down to earth and make you feel so comfortable. I also liked Gwen, one of the midwives- she was really sweet. They recently added a new female dr who I never met but my best friend said she was nice. I usually went to their Hammonton office.
I also highly recommend Cherry Hill OB/GYN. I live down in Swedesboro but went there due to referral from my fertility doctors and because I wanted to deliver at Virtua Voorhees, and I have been extremely impressed. They are so personal, take so much time with you, and answer all of your questions. I have had a complete placenta previa since 18 weeks and have a c-section scheduled for 37 weeks (which will be on Sept 27th) and they have made me feel very supported this whole time. Each time I met a new doctor they already knew all about me and my case, and the support staff are awesome too.
I go to Garden State OBGYN, They have a bunch of doctors and nurse practitioners. You can choose who you want your appointments to be with if you choose. I chose to see everyone at least once just so that I know them when it comes time to deliver. They just switched to an electronic system so everyone has the notes at their fingertips and if I call with a question, they respond within a half hour. They deliver at the new Virtua on Route 73
