how long until your first RE appointment

Sorry...I'm long on questions today.  How long did you wait between when you made your appointment and were seen when you first went to the RE?
Same sex couple TTC with donor sperm.  I am 35 and carrying.  Endometriosis and DOR.
AMH 0.5, AFC 5-8, FSH 7ish

IVF #1 - antagonist.  Empty follicle syndrome.  1 retrieved, 0 fertilized.
IVF #2 - antagonist.  Ovulated early.  3 retrieved, 2 fertilized, 0 blasts

    Probably less than 2 weeks.  I don't really recall.  We met one in 2008 and then again when we actually TTC in 2009.  I would say both wait times were 2 weeks or less.  I do know that our REs main off has a month+ wait time for new patients.

    I think I booked mine for about a week in advance, but I wanted a specific date.
    IUI #1 - 10 April 2012 unmonitored and unmedicated with RE 
    IUI #2 - 05 May 2012 unmonitored and unmedicated with RE 
    IUI #3 - 05 July 2012 unmonitored and unmedicated with RE 
    IUI #4 - 30 August 2012 medicated and monitoredLetrozole and Ovidrel Trigger 
    IUI #5 - 27 September 2012 Letrozole 
    BFP! 9 October 2012 Betas:- 12DPO 16; 16DPO 96; 18DPO 315

    Baby Alarico born on 28 June 2013!!

    I think I was able to get in within 2 weeks or less.  It may depend on the RE, though; I've heard of people needing to wait a month or more for an appointment.
    Married my wife 8/2007 ~ TTC #1 since 7/2011
    9 IUIs = 9 BFNs
    IVF October 2012: 22 eggs retrieved, 17 fertilized, 5 frozen
    ET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Blighted ovum discovered at 7w5d; D&E
    FET #1: 1 blast = BFP; Missed m/c discovered at 9w5d; D&E
    Karyotyping: normal ~ RPL Testing: normal ~ Hysteroscopy: normal
    FET #2: 1 blast transferred 10/25; BFP 10/31!
    EDD 7/13/14 ~ Induced at 37w4d due to pre-eclampsia ~ Born on 6/28/14

    37, married to my favorite person in the world, DW! One darling surfer-girl (12) and one darling, sweet boy born 3/16/13.

    5/2013 Started TTC #3, DW's turn: 5/2013: Diagnostics (shg) and surgery (polyp rem.) for best chances. July-Oct: IUI # 1-4, medicated, monitored, triggered.  All BFN. IVF in Jan May. Sheesh. Whoop! IVF#1 cycle started 4/2/14. 5/1: 19 eggs retrieved, 8 matured, ICSI'd.  4 fertilized.   Only 2 to transfer/freeze stage. 5/6: Two embryos transferred. 5/15: Beta #1 9dp5dt is 134! BFP! 5/19: Beta #2 13dp5dt is 672! B'erFP! 5/21: Beta #3 15dp5dt is 1853.  Yay!

    with our first dr it took a month to get in she was busy - should have known she was a quack .. but we saw her after as soon as the cycle started?

    About a month. There were probably 2 or 3 appointments available earlier, but they weren't good times for us. And we picked an RE who was one of the easier ones in the practice to get an appointment with....
    TTC with PCOS since July 2011.
    IVF Oct/Nov 2012
    Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 190, Beta #3 = 1044
    Cautiously optimistic.

    I called and could have booked an appt the next week but they told me some medical records I needed to bring so I booked it another week out.  We saw ours a little more than 2 weeks from when I called.

    We started actually ttc with the RE two cycles in.  We used my first cycle for all the testing, day 3 labs, hsg, day 12 labs etc and then got the go ahead to start my next cycle.

    From the day I called it was almost two weeks because they were extremely busy. Usually you can try to negotiate if your wanting to go in on a certain day. From what I have read, try around CD1-3.
