I lined up my entire family for a family photo (that I was taking). I switched my camera to video, started filming, then said something like "I'm so glad we could all be together for this, is everyone ready? Ok, smile! One...two....three....I'M PREGNANT!!!"
The looks on all their faces was priceless and I have the entire thing on video since they thought I was just trying to take their picture. It was great.
My husband and I both play ice hockey and are big hockey fans (very upset about the impending lock-out for this season). Anyway, we took this picture and then mailed it to our family (all are out of state) with instructions to call us before they opened it so we could skype with them and see their reactions. It's subtle, but the other part of the fun was watching them try to figure it out
