Elinor or Millicent (CP)

This is for our back up girl name.  DS is Theodore Robert (Teddy).  Phantom sibset would also be Margaret Marianne (Maggie).

*Yes, I'm stuck on this spelling of Elinor.

    I really like Elinor but dislike Nora. I dislike MIllicent (reminds me of Malificent) but love Millie. So, I couldn't vote. :)

    I feel the same way, but I voted Elinor.  I want to like Millicent, but I can't get past the Maleficent connection.

    I love Elinor, and I love Nora. Prefer Eleanora as a first name though.

    I voted Elinor, it was on our list for DD. I want to like Millicent but I just don't.

    I voted Elinor, I prefer the sp Eleanor, but that's just my taste.  I agree with the others, all I think of is Maleficent (or whatever lol) when I hear Millicent.

    I love Millicent. It does get old hearing how people don't like it because they associate it with the Sleeping Beauty witch.

    It's a beautiful, soft, feminine, vintage beauty of a name.

    Eleanor is my favorite, but that spelling is NOT. So I voted Millicent. Both beautiful names though :)

    Yeah, we want 3, maybe 4 kids so we'd like to have more than one girl name on the list.  Margaret is girl one.  Girl two will most likely be Elizabeth Josephine, but I'd like a back up name...and who knows maybe we'll have 3 girls....or no girls...

    I do not like Elinor at all.
    Began TTC #1 in January 2011
    Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
    +#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
    +#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13 
    7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats.  153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
    9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B.  A and C are growing on track.  A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.  
    Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

    This!  I think both are beautiful, classic names with sweet nns, but Elinor and Theodore is a little corny.

    Yep, same here. All of it. I do like the NN Nora too (it was on my list as FN until hubby vetoed it).

    I voted Elinor/Nora.  As much as I like Millie/Millicent, I just think Maggie and Millie are too matchy in a sibset.
