I'm nearly a month PP and just in the last few days started to get a dull ache in my lower back--like bad period cramps. It is bothersome enough to slow me down. Is this a delayed side effect of a spinal block or totally unrelated? Anyone experience this? When I google, it says kidney infection but I dont have any of the other symptoms like a bladder infection or blood in my urine. Just sucks taking care of an infant and back talking 3 year old when I'm not feeling 100%. Blah.

Sounds like it could be gallstones. I started having bad period or BM like cramps about a month and a half after my c-section. They continued and got worse so I finally ended up having my gallbladder removed. Hopefully that's not it for you but it doesn't hurt to have your doctor check it out!
