XP: ER and Fert Report

Hi ladies.  I haven't been posting as much as I've been reading over here, but I wanted to let you all know that I'm cheering for you this cycle!  We did ER yesterday and got a great fert report today. Smile

 I survived ER yesterday, though I was really sensitive to the anti-nausea meds which "make you drowsy."  It took about an hour longer than she expected just to get me vertical to leave the hospital.  Urgh.  But the good news...

 32 eggs!!!

 No wonder I was showing some mild symptoms of OHSS.  My mom stayed with me last night since my husband basically could only fly in for the few hours of the actual ER (he is out of town right now observing the Jewish mourning customs after the passing of his father).  Normally, my doctor doesn't let husbands enter the OR, but they let him come while I was recovering so we could at least see each other before he had to get back on a plane.  I'm so grateful that my RE has been so helpful with all the family drama. 

Fert Report:

Of the 32 eggs, 19 were mature and 16 fertilized.  We knew there would be no way that all 32 were mature, so we're thrilled at this result.  We're planning to transfer 2 on 5dt.  The embryologist is hopeful that we'll have a lot mature to blastocyst stage.  She said our clinic doesn't usually call with updates throughout the week because there's really no telling what we'll have by Sunday.

    TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism. 
    BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI 
    2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d   
    D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.   
    Hysteroscopy to remove both 10/5
    IUI #5-7 50mg Clomid + trigger = BFN  
    IUI #8 Femara + Bravelle + HCG + Progesterone = BFP 3/27/13
    Beta 1 (13dpo) = 169  Beta 2 (17dpo) = 1073  No heartbeat at 9w3d. 
    D & C 5/10/13  Triploidy 69 (paternal inherited)
    IVF #1 with ICSI and PGS 11R 8M 5F 2 biopsied/frozen
    PGS results = 1 with trisomy 13 & 1 good embryo for FET 
    FET #1 EV, estrace, nitro patches.  Cancelled due to thin lining
    FET #1.2 oral estrace, f'ing nitro patches and no delestrogen.  Transfer 12/31. BFN
    PAIF/SAIF welcome
    Surprise BFP on 6/13/14  Our only unmedicated bfp ever.
    Beta #1 339  Beta #2 649 44 hour doubling time

    What a great report, and I'm glad your husband was able to be there at least for the ER. I am sorry for your loss. I have everything crossed for your ET.

    Thanks so much.  It's been a tough time, and I wish I could be with my husband's family, but they're all really supportive and my mom has been great here throughout all of this.

    What an amazing Fert report, congrats! I'm glad your mom was able to be there with you and I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your father in law. 

    My FX are crossed everything looks good and your ET goes great! GL! Now take it easy until then. :)

    That's great news about your fert report and that your DH was able to make the trip back home, even if it was only for a few moments. Good luck with your embies!!

    Wow, 32 eggs!  That's awesome.  Best of luck to you guys!!!

    I'm really sorry for the loss of your FIL.  This must be a tough time for you guys right now.
