Teething or perhaps a bug?

LO has been "off" today. She is spitting up a ton, tugging at her ears, and I know it's not a fever but her forehead temp didn't do anal yet is 99.4. She is a tiny bit crabby too. Could this be teething signs or maybe she has a sour stomach or ear infection? WDYT?

    Are her gums rounded or more ridged and sharp? If they are rounded it may be teething. Otherwise she might have a little tummy trouble. Do you breastfeed? Is it possible you ate something different and it messed with her?
    i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.

    I'll check her gums when she wakes up. She is FF.
