Hi ladies

Hi ladies, 

 

I used to be on the preemie boards a lot when my son was  younger. I come by every now and then to try and give advice or insight to what we went through with our son. Please feel free to ask questions.

    I actually have a question for you, since both our LOs were IUGR preemies and similar in size (DS was 2 lbs. 9 oz. at 32 weeks). 

    How did your DS do with growth/weight gain, and has he caught up now that he's 2? 

    My DS is 7 months (5 months adjusted), a little over 13 lbs. and about 24.5" long, which is still small for even his adjusted age...he's still mostly wearing 3 month clothing and some 3-6 month.  He has reflux, which has contributed a lot to his being on the skinny side, but he is a pretty good eater.  Your DS looks great in your siggy pic, like he's got some meat on his bones! :-)  So I was just wondering what his growth has been like, and was there a point where he really filled out more?
