Canola oil is listed as an ingredient in a coconut curry sauce I like & things I've found online regarding canola oil are mixed (some say it's rapeseed oil, some say it will have soy in it).
I certainly hope it's safe. I just avoid things with vegetable oil (unless it specifically lists oils that aren't soybean) and straight up soybean oil.
piggy backing on this and wondering what about olive oil? It is all I ever use. Does anyone know?
edit: shotzie answered my question. Yay. I made some chocolate chip cookies today using olive oil and natural semi sweet no dairy chocolate chips. They turned out pretty good.
