I am getting rid of daytime bottles over the next couple weeks as we prepare for the shift to homogenized milk from formula supplements at the end of the month.
My question is about the middle of the night feeds. Would you use a sippy cup or a bottle?
Re: Bye Bye Bottles?
Also thought of water overnight? She's only briefly nursing and then taking 2 ounces of formula per feed...

9 months in Canada
wow! I didn't know that!

9-12 months is the recommendation in Alberta, but my pedi suggested waiting closer to 12 months because some babies are still taking up to 30oz a day. I am thinking about trying Emily with WCM during the day in her sippy cup with meals. I'm curious to see how your switch to WCM goes!
Awesome! I think I'm going to try soon because Emily has only been having 4 bottles a day now and cries more for food than bottles (she is eating 3 solid food meals a day). I'm excited to try now hahaha
Yes, it probably varies but this site made me think 9 months was okay Canada wide

On a good day A takes 20 oz of formula. The rest is breastmilk and solids.
We see the pediatrician the day after A turns 9 months so we will get his wcm recommendation. At 6 months he gave us the ok for switching at 9 months but I do want to confirm.
Tonight A went to sleep by nursing but didn't have a bottle as well. We will see how this works out.
