Not to hijack the post, but what if we all share 1 good real meal we ate in the last week? I have no idea what we're having tonight, but maybe someone made something recently that will sound delicious to me tonight.
Last night we had stuffed bell peppers. Browned ground turkey with diced onions and mixed in chunky salsa, then poured that inside red bell pepper shells (just cut the tops off) and baked them until soft (maybe 30 mins?). Delicious!

If I get off my @ss and cook, I'll bake chicken breasts with honey mustard and serve it with broccoli and cheese sauce and salad. I had a meal plan but everything on it makes me gaggy.
I actually cooked today. I am making beef stew in a crock pot and it's failing. Very runny. I hope Chef Google can save it.
Throw in some instant mashed potato flakes or a bit (not too much) of cornstarch.
I will be trying the cornstarch thing if it doesn't thicken up a bit. I wish I had instant mash potato flakes. I'm kind of craving mashed with butter. We planted a garden this year so it's all fresh healthy from scratch potatoes for me.
Oh man. A bagel sounds delicious. DH is working late tonight, and the leftovers I had for lunch did not stay with me. Maybe I`ll just have some popcorn...
Update: Just made popcorn. Really hitting the spot right now.

Wow - I think I may try the stuffed peppers tomorrow! I tried to be creative - it was the first afternoon I felt pretty good. I used leftover chicken, had fresh broccoli and carrots, and made a stir fry. But somehow, with my pregnancy brain, I messed up so bad. It smelled great, but it was TOO strong. So strong, that it is unedible. DH took kids out to grab some food, and my stomache is turning cartwheels while I stay on the couch now. So much for creative cooking for tonight.
Re: WFD - Help me with ideas!
I just had some ice cream. I will probably have some more in a bit and call that my dinner.
So sad.

I really need to do some shopping but nothing has sounded good for weeks. DH and I agreed that meal planning in first tri is impossible.
French onion soup sounds good...but that doesn't mean it's for dinner lol
Haha go right ahead! I love feeding people. I have lots of buns to soak up the juices if my fix doesn't fix it.

MH has night class, so I'm on my own. I'm debating between a bagel and cream cheese, cereal and a protein shake, or an apple pie with ice cream.
I miss normal food.

I am now a firm believer that mashed cauliflower isn't nearly as tasty as mashed potatoes:.
