Fancy first birthday hats?

Did you get one?  Make one?  Where'd you get it?  Where'd you get the stuff to make it?  Can I see a picture?

 

DD's party is on Saturday, and I failed at a fun hat for her.  I'm justifying it by telling myself that she hates wearing hats anyway, but I secretly wonder if I still have time to make her one.  We could stop at the craft store on our way home today . . .

    I got a bib instead of a hat.  He won't keep a hat on, and he can wear the bib during his cupcake smash.

    i got a birthday girl bib.  my aunt got her a hat that she wore for a few pics.  I think it was from the hallmark store.  I also saw a few special hats at iparty

    I also did a birthday bib instead. She was wearing a pretty headband that matched her dress.

    ETA- I then cleaned and folded up the bib and put it in her baby book.

    I didn't do a birthday hat. We got him a cute bib to wear for the cake smash though.

    Thanks guys!  Maybe I'll go looking for a bib this afternoon - DD would be happier with that than a hat anyway.  I LOVE the feathery hats, though.  Had I only planned better, I would've totally made her one.
