My LO is formula fed and almost 12 weeks. She eats 5 times a day and about 5-6 ounces per feeding. She sleeps about 9 hours each night. I would say 27-30 ounces per day. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
I see you are feeding every 3 hours. Please excuse this unsolicited advice. I increased her bottle size and that increased the number of hours between feedings. When she finished eating 3 ounces at each feeding for a few days, I went to 4 oz until she finished those bottles, etc. and found that the number of hours increased between her feeding again. That is how I built up to 5-6 oz bottles. This has made for less feedings a day for me, and her STTN most importantly. Good luck.

I have tried that. My LO just doesn't eat that way She has finished a 4oz bottle a grand total of twice. But I am so lucky she is STTN. I have noticed that she is slowly increasing the time between bottles but its been slow. I am just glad there is a large range of whats normal it seems from the responses and she is somewhere in there!
13 weeks this past Sunday. He eats about 5-6.5 oz. every 3-4 hours depending on where he is, and he has spurts of wanting 7oz before bedtime. He eats more at home than daycare for some reason. He'll get about 27-35 oz. a day-we use mostly formula but he gets pumped breastmilk as well. He's getting better at STTN but usually needs a bottle at least once during the night (around 3am) and then again at 6, but I'm up by then. He's a bitty baby though-only now hitting 12 lbs.
I'm thinking he'll be one to try cereal at 4 months as it just doesn't seem like he is full even when he eats a big (6.5oz) bottle. He usually is hungry again in 3-4 hours.
My guess is about 25 oz on average. We are EBF and she eats three 3.5 oz bottles at daycare, then nurses 4 to 5 times when I'm home in the evening - morning hours. On the weekends, she nurses evey 2 hours or so.
11 weeks old today and she's been eating 4-6 oz. six times a day, usually 32 oz., total (sometimes more, sometimes less) for a while now. But she's a big girl - off the charts (literally) for height and weight. And she sleeps 10-12 hours at night.
