I pump 3 times a day, but LO is taking 4 bottles a day at DC now so I'm barely getting enough. I may start pumping once or twice on the weekend just to give myself a little wiggle room for the week.
As for membranes, I went back to work a month ago and only pumped occasionally before then. I haven't noticed any decrease in suction yet but plan to replace the membranes soon just in case. I just ordered some replacements from Amazon and they should be arriving tomorrow.

I pump 4 times a day, but I only end up with enough milk for one supplemental bottle. I have a double electric medela pump but I just can't seem to get more than an ounce out at a time. I told the doctor and he was unconcerned, seemed to think my body just didn't want to let down for the pump. *sigh* I replaced the membranes when she was 2.5 months old hoping I would get more milk. No such luck.
I have EPd since 5 weeks, so my pump gets a lot of use. I'm now down to 4 pumps per day (down from 6-7/day in the beginning). I've only changed out my membranes once. I have 2 sets of parts.
I pump twice a day. I also have 4sets of pump parts, and have not replaced the membranes yet. I had to replace them a lot with DS1, but I was not pulling them off right to clean and tore them a lot.

I pump twice a day most days, late morning/lunch time I get 8-12oz and then one afternoon pump to get the rest (she takes 13-15oz per day while I'm gone.Basically she just gets how much ever I could pump the day before!)
I usually pump once on weekend days to try to add 4-5oz to my stash.
I never have replaced the membranes and was not aware I was supposed to! Is the membrane just the little flap part, or must I replace the whole yellow bit? sorry if dumb question...

I pump three times at work and every now and then a fourth time at home (depends on how traffic is or when he at last). I have been back to work for two months now have have replaced all the pump parts once (not the tubing) but I didn't notice a change in supply. I replaced them cause I noticed that I was getting a couple ounces less then usuall but I think it was just my supply regulating.
I EP (for about 1.5 months now) and pump 6-8 times a day. I changed mine out at the first of the month because I have 3 sets of parts and they were different ages and I didn't know which was which. I plan to replace them on the first of every month now that I am EP'ing for the long haul
I've been pumping 4-5 times a day since I went back to work at the end of June. I have replaced the membranes once since then, just a couple weeks ago. All the sudden I was getting a lot less when pumping and tried the lactation cookies and fenugreek and everything, and lo and behold it was the damn membranes. As soon as I replaced them my output went back up to normal. I'd say try replacing them if you start to notice that you're not getting as much as you normally do.
The membranes are the little white things, you can get a bunch of them from BRU for like 6.99. I actually replaced the valves too (yellow part) because they got warped when I sanitized them I think, or somewhere along the way.
Re: Pumping Mommas
I pump twice M-F, and sometimes a few times on the weekend. I had to replace the membranes about 2 weeks ago, so they lasted almost 2 months.
I thought my supply was going down, but mainly I just needed new membranes. Changing them out added about 2-3 oz to my daily pumping.
