I am trying to save money on our grocery bill by buying less meat. Right now, I make an egg dish once a week, and sometimes we will have pancakes for dinner. I was hoping you ladies could give me some meatless dinner ideas. Please post the recipe if you can! ![]()
Thanks!
Re: Meat free recipes?
Here is my friend's blog. She has a huge veggie section. Her food is a bit adventurous but honestly, it's really really good.

I love Cara! Her stuff is really awesome. She posted a peanut squash soup on FB yesterday that I think I'm going to have to make. Plus, she lifts heavy, so she's extra awesome.
Another good blog is https://www.ohsheglows.com
we will go meatless at least once a week, some of our go to meals are:
Perogies
Pasta with olive oil garlic and parmesan
Homemade Macaroni and cheese (sometimes I add broccoli)
Vegetable soup
Stuffed peppers
Cheese pizza
Baked potato with broccoli cheese soup
Bean soup and corn bread
Veggie stir fry
Alot of these you can add meat to if you have it but you can leave it out if you don't have it.
Yeah! It's so cool that her blog has gotten around. She is really talented and creative. We met 11 years ago in college when we were pledging the same sorority and would have never guessed she would be as well known as she is now!
That's awesome! I "know" her from HF on TN.
I have TONS...here's a few good ones:

Other easy meals: veggie fajitas, veggie quesadillas, bean and rice burritos, bean and cheese nachos, salads, roasted vegetable sandwiches
That looks AMAZING. Too bad H refuses to eat mushrooms, and I can't make/eat an entire lasagna just for myself...or can I??
YUMMMM! These sound great. Thanks!
