  YES! And the thing is, they DO NOT RUN. No, they walk exceedingly slow in groups on the sidewalk, while texting with their friends whom they don't speak to, only walk next to while texting, blocking the path of folks like me who are late to class for the umpteenth time because daycare drop off was hectic.

  My H is a lecherous old man. He works at a college, and he constantly complains that all the freshmen are wearing these shorts instead of skirts and yoga pants.
