clogged tear duct?

I'm pretty sure DD has a clogged tear duct ... I FF, so putting bm on it is out. What are some other things I can do to help reopen it? I feel so bad, it has been watering like crazy.

If you take your pinky and light push away from her eye it is suppose to help clear it. This is what my pedi had me do several times a day like 100 times per session. It cleared up in a couple days.

DD has had it in her right eye since the day she was born and it drives me nuts! The pedi said I only needed to massage 2-3 times a day and clear the gunk out of it. I will definitely try this because if it isn't cleared by 6 months then she will refer us to an eye doctor.

Thanks ladies. I've learned that DD has quite the temper. lol. She must get that from her father. She did NOT like me messing with her eye one bit. She gave me the meanest look and growled at me. lol. Satan spawn what??!!
