My mom is hosting an after wedding brunch in a few weeks and is looking for food ideas. She's making a salmon, and my bro is making a bacon wrapped chicken. She wants ideas for classy, but easy side dishes. Ideas?
i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.
I would do a pasta salad, a green salad and roasted potatoes. I love potatoes so when I control the menu there are always potatoes
For the pasta salad, there is one I have made to rave reviews. It has olives, fresh mozzerela, grated parmesan, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes and I believe I also add a jar of artichokes. The dressing is made from a jar of sundried tomatoes in oil. Can't link from bump mobile but google "epicurious pasta salad sundried tomato" and it will come up.
For the green salad I would do mixed baby greens or arugula with shaved parmesan, bacon, pears and candied pecans. To candy the pecans I just cook them in a pan with a bit of butter and brown sugar, yum. For dressing, a sherry shallot vinagrette.

Re: Side dish ideas
Parboiled asparagus? Asparagus is good for brunch, IMO.
