I was just talking about this with my boss. Don't know if this works, but she swears that if you suck on a lemon when you have the hiccups they'll go away.
I had them when I was pregnant with DS. It was actually one of my first symptoms. I don't remember ever finding a way to get rid of them; they just came and went. Cutest feeling ever is when LO gets the hiccups, and you can feel it
I get them all the time now, even in the middle of the night. Idk about anyone else, but for me, they hurt. The one thing I've found that gets rid of them is taking 10 small sips of something non-carbonated, swallowing between each sip, but not breathing.

Yep, every day. Sometimes they are small and don't last long. Other times they hurt and seem to take forever to go away. I've always been prone to hiccups though. DH laughs at me when I have them. Funny enough they went away during my first trimester. I hadn't even noticed until I started getting them again a little over a week ago.
