First timer - out and about

I have taken our daughter on one outing in the car. One. And that was with my 21 year old cousin along for support!

Today we are venturing out to a program at the library. I adore storytime and hope that our little book lover will enjoy being around other babies!

    How are you not going crazy at home?? I am and I try to get out at least once a week! I'm even starting back at work a little bit in Oct.

    We do get out walking, we run errands with my husband and we all do fun stuff together too.

    Until now there hasn't been anything I've really wanted to do with her that required driving. Honestly, if we had a jogging stroller I'd just walk to the library but I don't think the maclaren would be very comfortable for a 45 min walk.

    I'm glad it was free. The first 15 min were great. The last 15 were spent nursing and napping.

    She enjoyed the other babies and the one book. She wasn't a fan of directed action rhymes.
