CM after ovulation

I know you can tell a lot about your cycle's stage by what your cervical mucus is like...

Should you have very little CM after ovulation if you are not pregnant???  And if you are pregnant, there would be an increase in CM, right?

This may be TMI, sorry... AF is 9 days away, but I am still very wet down there and getting a lot of clear-ish-white sticky discharge.  I know I ovulated on 9/5 or 9/6.

    I had creamy CM after O when I was pregnant.  But during these 6 months charting and TTA, I've also noticed I get wet CM right before AF.  I read it TCOYF that the wet before AF is the corpus luteum breaking down and the first part of your AF is actually water. 

    So sorry, no real answer for you!  But good luck!

    I have had lots of creamy CM after O every single cycle. I've never been pregnant. CM after O is not any indication of pregnancy.

    TTC since June 2010.
    DX hypothyroidism, pituitary hyperfunction, and PCOS.
    On med/treatment break indefinitely. Not currently trying.

    I think it's one of those varies from person to person things. I get creamy lotion like CM from the day the wet fertile CM goes away until AF (occationally it will change to watery again the day before).

    I have heard this is a pg symptom but that's not how it goes for me. I'm wondering if it will increase when I'm in fact pg. We shall see.

    Usually CM dries up for most people after O happens. Some people (me for example) have Watery/EWCM through most of their cycle.

    You said that you're sure you ovulated - are you charting? I cannot remember from yesterday, but were you the one who charts on paper?

     
    Not charting, but using OPKs.  I had my positive surge on 9/6 and my cycles are like clockwork... so I'm fairly certain that was O day.

    I am usually not this moist before a period... that's why I was wondering... I guess each person is different though so it really could be nothing.

    I get up to five days of sticky CM then a lot of watery and creamy CM until I get AF. I've never been dry post O.

    Yeah I think it is one of those things you can't really read into as for me it varies from cycle to cycle.
    Off BCP since 1/12
    TTC since 3/12
    High LH/FSH Ratio 8/12
    DX with PCOS 11/12
    Clomid 50mg - 19.5mm Follie - Trigger + TI = BFP! 11/12
    EDD August 11, 2013

    I always have creamy CM after O until I start spotting a day or two before AF.  I had increased creamy CM the cycle I got pregnant with DS but it wan't "increased" until after I got my BFP.
