So, apparently when you are sleep deprived, your body craves food because calories = energy. Yesterday was bad. DS didn't go to sleep until 10 after more than 2 hours of actively trying to put him to sleep. He then woke up from 12:15-1, and then woke up again at 3:44, an.d was up until 5, which is when I have to get ready for work.
It was bad yesterday.
I am pretty sure I ate a house and then some.
Nothing satiated me. On the bright side, things are already looking better for today. I got almost a 5 hour stretch! Yippee!
