CD Question and update...

You all provided me with so much help so far and I very much appreciated it!

I am loving CDing, no leaks, E seems to love them, and the icky factor is not bad at all! (I thought poopy diapers would be a lot worse)

Anyway, I am quickly realizing my stash of 12 is not enough. I will be purchasing more this week-so far I have Bum Genius4.0 and Tots Bots Easyfits. I love both of them. Anyone have any other recs for AIO or pocket CDs? I might try out one more brand...TIA

I just placed an order for a limited edition Maple Leaf Charlie banana... and a totbot aio

edit to say, changed order from totbot to the Charlie Banana Kate diaper.

Happy Heinys pockets

Rumparoo pockets

Tots Bots easyfits

BG elementals AIO - these are by far my favorites!!! I wish I could replace my whole stash with these. (I do use a fleece liner in them)

I CD part time because I don't think I could get my DCP on board - but so here's my stash so far - Bum Genius 4.0's, Alvas, Babyland (cheapie Ebay ones), Happy Heineys & Blueberrys.

Since you already have the BG's - I would suggest trying Blueberrys. I have liked them a lot so far too - they are pocket diapers.

I tried a lot of different pockets. My favorites are my tots bots easy fits, my BG 4.0's, and my blueberry pockets. They have been the most reliable of all the brands I have tried.

The brands that have been the least reliable for me are my fuzzibunz and kawaii. The fuzzibunz work great if they are adjusted properly but it's really difficult to get the right fit and it changes frequently. A couple of months ago I would have said they were my favorite, but not so much now. Other people love their kawaiis but they just don't fit my DS very well. I keep trying them thinking they will fit better when he's bigger but so far it just hasn't worked out. I also don't love their materials. The snaps are hard to snap and the fabrics just don't feel as nice to me as other brands.

I have a few happy heiney and oh katy that are ok in terms of leaks but I don't like the set up for the snaps on either brands and I hated the happy heiney aplix.

We love our Fuzzibunz for overnight... after I added a hemp liner we're much better off. DS is pretty tall and lean and we don't have issues with fit.

I don't like our Happy Heiny's, they're really bulky IMO.

During the day though we're almost 100% PFs and Thirsties covers.

I'm in several co-ops on Facebook that regularly order diapers for cheap! It's a good place to try different things (at least it has been for us). A few of the groups are Fluffy Butts Co-Op, Sara's Co-Op, and Let's Talk Fluff and Co-Ops.

I forgot to say: yay! I am glad to hear it's working out so well for you guys! I have a stash of 27 diapers and that's perfect to do laundry every other day and keep a couple in the diaper bag at all times :-)
