Not STTN anymore???

LO started sleeping through the night at around 2 months. Since 3 months he has never woke up....until the last few weeks. It isn't every night- just random. I thought I had it figured out- any time I would put him to bed before 9p.m. he would wake up at 1:30a.m. nurse and go back to sleep until I got him up. Well now probably 2-3 times per night he is up. It doens't take much to get him back to sleep (this morning he didn't even want to nurse)- but this morning I couldn't get back to sleep so here I've been up since like 2am. I thought it was teeth- but I'm just not sure. Could he be cold?? Or is he just playing me? I am not a fan of CIO- but I don't run to him the minute he cries. I let him fuss and can tell when it's more. TIA for any suggestions!

I don't know the answer, but we're in the same situation. STTN since 6 months with no wake-ups. The last 2 weeks he's been waking and crying 2-3 times per night for 2-10 minutes each. We don't even go in anymore because he puts himself to sleep more easily and faster if he doesn't see us. I assume it's teething since he started walking 2+ months ago and there were no other milestones.
