I'm a little crazy...

Hi everyone, this sounds ridiculous (even to myself) but I honestly feel like I conceived over this last weekend. I'm not TTC, just not not TTC. It was the 13th day of my cycle and now (3 days later) I'm having fatigue, nausea, lightheadedness, and some consistent mild cramping. Tell me I'm nuts if it is so, but can you tell if you're just a few days pregnant? I know nothing about pregnancy so any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
