Fell off the futon

Okay, so I put Zoe in the middle of the futon, facing the edge of it, so she wouldn't roll off it. I went 15 feet away to the dryer, folded a blanket and then heard a thump and crying. She must have crawled off, because it had been like a minute since I set her down. She only fell like a foot and I don't currently have a phone of any kind, I left my cellphone in my mom's car and I don't have a land line. Should I call the ped as soon as my H gets home or just watch her? She's babbling as I'm typing this, but I feel like such ***.

Re: Fell off the futon

  • If you really need a phone you can make free calls through gmail.

I'm sure she's okay, though! I'd probably call just in case.

  • I would call. You don't know how she landed so they might want to check her out.

I'm sure she's fine but its better to be safe than sorry.

  • I was going to suggest google voice also if you needed it.  However, I don't think you need to make a call to the pedi right now.  If she seems happy, just keep an eye on her and watch for her to be acting off. We've had a couple of small bumps and I haven't called the pedi for them.

I hope all is well with Zoe!

  • Went back down to the basement and you can see where she pushed herself off. I guess she can't be trusted anywhere anymore. Always on the floor from now on.
