Summer Infant Monitor - sucking b@lls!

I freaking hate this thing!!  I could barely make out anything on the screen before, and now it's totally blurred.  I think H got it wet the other night. The sound works fine, but the screen is totally shot!  

Has anyone had trouble with heir monitor?  I wonder if BRU will replace it...

    That really sucks! We have this one and love it, haven't had any problems with it! Did you purchase the insurance plan thing that they usually offer with these these type of products?

    I have an older one and it goes into static when I go near it. Its really irritating. the image has also gotten worse over the last six months that we've been using it.

    How long have you had it? My video was ok, but the sound ended up going. So I contacted them and it was under warranty so I sent it back and they sent me another. However, I'm pretty sure the one they sent me is refurbished and while the sound is good, the video isn't as good as my old one. :( If we end up having another baby, I'm going with a  more expensive one... my friend has it and it's awesome. I can't remember which one it is...

    jackstr, ill keep the Motorola in mind,I still have the.monitor box. maybe ill try to return it boxtonmom, I've had it since my shower last July.
