I'm assuming baby aquaphor is different from regular aquaphor and I only have regular. Looks like I'll be running to the store! The only lotions we have don't seem suitable for her face.
There's really no difference in ingredients so I'm not sure what makes Aquaphor Baby different. I have both and the labels looked exactly the same as far as ingredients go. I found that the baby one worked better on diaper rashes, while the normal one did great on dry, cracked skin. HTH!

DS has eczema (sp?) and I use regular vaseline on his whole body (including his face) and that makes it go away and it has no funny smell or anything. and its cheap.

Yep. I didn't at first because I thought you weren't supposed to, but my ped told me to because ds has dry skin. He said as long as it's hypoallergenic it's fine.
I was told not to by the pedi but that was also when he was only 1 month old. I'd use baby aquaphor (spelling?) if he needed it but would use it sparingly.

DS has eczema, and it can get pretty bad on his face (rough, red, almost cracking skin) if we don't put stuff on it multiple times a day, we use Burt's bees multipurpose balm. I think I want to try some baby aquaphor also though.
Re: Do you use lotion on LO's face?
Baby Aquaphor!

We did this with DS2 and it worked really well. He had eczema on his cheeks and in the bends of his arms and legs.
