My 10 month old twin girls were 7 weeks early and are not crawling yet. One of them rolls a lot and the other only rolls when she has to (aka rarely). I think at this point if I were you, then I would contact your state's local Early Intervention and get evaluated for physical therapy. My one who does not roll is getting physical therapy and occupational therapy (because she does not use her fingers). My pediatrician said she would catch up at some point before two years old, but I went ahead and had her evaluated (it was free). They found she was moderately delayed and offered me reduced cost therapy. I was told that getting her help now (early) would keep her from falling further behind. There are resources out there to help you decide the situation for your cutie. If you think something is up then advocate for him and get him checked. They might even say he is just fine and then your nerves will be calmed.
