I'm a SAHM. I try to wear "real" clothes every day, because I think it's good for my head to not constantly be in sweats. Plus, I've always had a "rule" that I don't wear sweats out of the house unless I'm going to the gym (or am in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy when nothing else fits on my giant body). But do you put on make-up every day? My make-up routine is simple - just tinted moisturizer, blush stick, mascara, and concealer.

Re: Do you wear makeup everyday?
I don't ever wear makeup, so I'm probably not good to answer this. My DH doesn't like it and I don't like waking up early haha
When I am home all day I do try to wear "real" clothes also, just makes me feel better about the day and myself.
I hardly wear make-up, ever. If I'm going out somewhere that I think requires me to look semi-decent, I'll put on some toner, concealer, bronzer, and maaaybe a little mascara and chapstick. But then again, I wear sweats and lounge clothes every day, and my hair is always up in a ponytail, so I'm not really concerned with looking my best :P
ETA: I am a SAHM as well.

We have one bum day a week (mon or thurs this fall) and ds1 gets to wear whatever... Pjs, sweats, non matching, wrong season, etc... I wear sweats and no make up and we attempt to not leave the house.
On normal days I wear "real" clothes and make up depends on my feelings/ time... Definitely attempt make up for bible study and church, light make up for soccer play group and errands.
I found having one bum day, I look forward to sweat pants
Yes. My mom started putting makeup on me when I was 12. I don't know if I ever saw her without it. If I did, it was rare. Anyway, I was told that I needed to wear makeup and if I didn't, my brothers would make fun of me and my mom would ask me why I didn't put any on. Even now she'll comment if I don't wear very much. She's weird like that.
It has forever scarred me and I always wear makeup. DH tells me I look fine without it, but it has been burned on my brain that I need to "put my face on" in the morning.
Most days I wear makeup to work. It takes me about three minutes to apply, a little foundation, powder, dab of eyeshadow, mascara, lipgloss. Some days I get lazy then feel like a haggard old tired lady when I see myself in the bathroom mirror. I cared less before but now I am so tired always from the baby and I feel less attractive so it's worth it to put in the couple minutes so I can feel better about myself at work.
I generally don't wear any at all outside of work unless we are going out to something special.
