We told my family this weekend :)

Actually, we told my brother and SIL. I told my parents earlier this week because I HAD to talk to someone. So I called them as soon as I got home after my u/s Friday.

We had dinner at my parents Saturday for SIL's birthday, and while I wanted to tell my news, I also wanted her birthday dinner to be about her. So I got her a birthday card and signed it "Madame Ha, Monsieur Ha, DD1, DD2, and fetus."

My mom knew about the card, so we were both waiting to see my SIL's reaction, but she kind of skimmed over that part of the card, so my mom and I started laughing and told her to read her card again, aloud. Which she did, but again didn't make it to the signature. So I told her to read the whole thing carefully. So she started reading, then got real quiet, gave me a "deer in the headlights" look, asked me if I was serious, then passed the card on to my brother, who gave me the same look, followed by the biggest smile.

The best part is that I had the hubs record it all
