Ft. Polk off post housing.

So, ladies, can anyone tell me about what off post housing is like at Ft. Polk?  Which towns are the best to live in?  We would be looking for a 3-4 bedroom house.  TIA.

    I'm from around that area. I would look into the Rosepine/DeRidder area. The drive would only be about 20-30 minutes to post. It looks like there are some listed on polk.bookoo.com. Good luck!

    I'm stationed here right now and I would look at the neighborhood of Smithbrook(It's in leesville and about 10 minutes out the side gate,James Dr.), rospine/deridder (but that is further drive).
