Recommend your carseat for 4 year old

I want a carseat that will convert to a booster eventually. DS is 4 years old - 42 inches, 40 pounds. We have an Evenflo he is ok in there for another 10 pounds or so but the crotch strap is bothersome to him. That is an issue I have read about the Graco Nautilus. I also want him in a 5 point harness now but to have the ability to convert to seatbelt later.

I would like something that isn't too difficult to install since I may be installing it at times and I want a good fit.

Any suggestions? What do you have and love?

What does he weigh and what's his torso length (to get this have him sit criss cross on the floor against a wall and measure floor to top of shoulders)? How long do you intend to keep him harnessed?
