I'm not sure how old your baby is, or if you are pregnant, but I did PEPS (Program For Early Parent Support) with all of my children. I know that groups are always forming in Bothell, Mill Creek and Woodinville.

It was a life changing experience for us...we shared highs and lows of the week, and then a volunteer facilitator led us through a topic (feeding, sleep issues, forming traditions, etc. etc.)
There are newborn groups as well as groups for 5-12 months old (Baby Peppers) or Little Peppers for older.
