NBR Do you have dish network?

in January 2013 Moms
We have directv and they just raised our rate and double charged my account. This is not the first time this has happened and I am done! We are talking about switching to dish. Do you have it and do you like it? Thanks!

    I used to have it and liked it, we switched because we needed Internet and were getting rid of our phone

    I don't have dish, but we do have directv and are also thinking of switching. Dish seems to be cheaper. My neighbors are getting dish installed today, so I'll let you know how they like it.  I'll be interested to see people's responses about dish, too!

    I have the dish and like it for the most part. We never lose service for very log and that's only if the weather is pretty bad. My big complaint is they quit carrying a and e and didn't tell us.

    Fyi if you watch anything on AMC (Mad Men, Breaking Bad etc.), WE or IFC, Dish Network dropped those channels due to a legal dispute.

    We have had DISH for a couple years and have really liked it! I think we only experienced service outage once during a storm. My only complaint is that they dropped AMC.

    I have the dish. I like it. The channels are in packages, I'm not sure how other carriers are [we've had it for a long long time]. We only lose signal when there's bad weather. That's the only thing that stinks. We have the DVR receivers & you just need one, and two tv's can be hooked up to it [we have a total of 3 receievers with a total of 5 tv's]. Just make sure if you're getting that, that you get the right one because ours you can't record something & change the channel.
