  • My working out is sporadic. Once every week or two I might join DH in doing ab ripper or something. But that's only like 15 minutes. We go for walks sometimes. I figure it's ok cuz my job is pretty physically demanding and I am still BFing so I have to eat like crazy just to maintain my weight. I will have to start doing cardio again when I quit BFing for sure!

  • I've so got to get my arse back into the gym!  If I can start getting some consistent sleep I'll start back on a routine, but without the sleep for recovery, I'm asking for injuries...  That said, I still need to get my arse back into the gym...

  • Since I hit my weight loss goal a couple of months ago I haven't done anything. I take the dog for a 20 minute walk every day, that's it.

    um... that's me.  I need and want to, but if Josephine doesn't sleep I don't sleep and lately we've not been sleeping. 

    I am to the point though that something's got to give.  I had weight to lose before I got pregnant...luckily I only gained 20 with her (mind you I have a lot to lose).  I get up for work at 4:30, I'm thinking of getting up at 10 till 4 and getting on the eliptical... we'll see.

    Oh Carrie!  You're beautiful regardless of what weight the scale says - - it's more important to FEEL fit than worry about a number...

  • this is basically me.  I keep trying to start something but have trouble sticking with anything.  I was doing well with Couch to 5k, but then DH started traveling for work so it became harder to find time to run.

  • I'm having a really difficult time getting into the swing of things! I really need to lose 10-20 lbs bad!! I wish my LO would be OK in the BOB so I could run 45-60 mins at a time but he always seems to fuss so it's not fun at all :-(
