klassy mom award (yes i said klassy!)

So I'm in the drive thru at McDonald's this morning on my way to work waiting for my Diet Coke.  Yes, I know it's horrible for me, but it's my once a week guilty pleasure and I look forward to it every Friday morning.  Anyway, there is a lady 2 cars in front of me and all hear out of her car is her yelling curse words because the line isn't moving fast enough for her.  I swear, every other word out of her mouth was a curse word. 

When I get to daycare about a mile away, I recognize the car in front of me.  It's McDonald's mom of the year.  And 2 small children (like less than 2 years old) are in the car with her.  Winning.

    oh boy.  she's a winner, huh?

    I hate when I hear parents talking/acting like douches in front of their kids

    Nice! I thought you were going to be taking nominations! I have been trying not to be "that mom" and think I have shown remarkable restraint. Our grocery store has a little wine store in it that gives free samples on your way our. DD has started screaming at the checkout line, which is right in fron of the free sample guy. Last week at 10 am they were giving samples and I was so tempted, but just thought it would look so klassy (love it, btw) to get my 10 am wine with my baby to drink on the way to the car. I showed restraint and said no thank you...

    Oh boy...to do that right in front of your children is just wrong. Poor kids...I get really upset when I see parents acting like d*uches in front of their children.

    Oh man, I hate that.

     And ugh, ILML, diet coke for breakfast? I never understood how people can drink that in the morning. I love my diet coke, but not in the morning!

    oh man, I could drink Diet Coke all day, any time of day.  I tell myself it's my version of coffee (I don't drink coffee).
