... the more lost I feel. I can't wait to be 3-4 weeks into keeping this food journal so that these episodes of hives don't seem quite so random.
I just felt the need to slump my shoulders and say, "Ugh..."

It gets better! Hang in there, I am top 8 free and DS seemed to even out after about 7 days then had a flare up to something and it was easy to track it to the popcorn I had... No more corn and the week has been pretty good. Trying to decide whether to reintroduce nuts, wheat or eggs first...
