Just curious! Scheduled to RCS in early October at 39w1d and I'm super paranoid I'm going to go into labor early. I didn't labor with my first since she was a scheduled CS too (39w5d). Apparently I make breech babies!
Me. I was scheduled for 38w and DD came at 36w6d. I never expected it b/c the previous pg I went 41w w/ no signs of labor. I was shocked and automatically thought something was very wrong. DD was perfectly fine.

I'm wondering too if I'll go early. My DD was 2 weeks early (labored for 24 hrs, ended up in c/s) We were so caught off guard since we were sure she would be late! Hopefully LO will come right on time.
My RCS was scheduled for Aug 21st at 8am. About 7:20pm on the 19th I started feeling cramping with backache. I have a vending job where I do stocking and I had just got done with that and figured I was cramping due to that. When it started coming in waves every 10 mins I figured something was different.
2 hours later they were coming every 2-4 mins. We got to the hospital at 1am and they watched me for a while (had an on call doc that didn't want to come in to do my c-section). By 4:30am they noticed they contractions were changing my cervix and off to the OR we went.
Sort of. My first two waited for their c/s date (39w4d, 38w6d). This time, I started having contractions a week before my RCS date. They were getting stronger and my OB felt like they were leading toward "real" labor, so we did my c/s on the spot at 38w2d.
A friend just had her water break at 38w, a week before her RCS date.

My water broke two mornings before the scheduled date. They just did the c-section early. I had very early labor for 2 days prior to my water breaking but they said if the labor was more intense they would bring me in for my section. Hopefully, this time I will make it to the scheduled time and not have to labor. FX
I did! DD was born at 38w2d, DS was born 1 hr into his 37th week. I didnt feel the labor at all with DD (they told me I was in labor). With DS I did feel it...I was in labor all weekend but wasnt progressing and they didnt want to take him until I was 37wks. What was great about DS is they knew he was going to be a c-section so it was boom-boom all set. Nothing to worry about if you go into labor early at all. Best wishes!
RCS scheduled for 10/5 at 39w5d. DD2 decided to come on 8/25 at 33w6d. Water broke while I was getting ready for my best friend's wedding. Thank goodness it wasn't at the wedding. Labor started a few hours later and couldn't be stopped, so they performed the CS. While I had hoped to go into labor before my CS, I never imagined it would happen so early.
I was scheduled for a c-section at 40 weeks for my first, since i was told I was very narrow and he was measuring very big, and my water broke in the middle of the night at 37w 4d... got to the hospital, and 4 hours later had my c/s without contractions or anything. With #2 I was scheduled 39w and went in for my check up at 37w 5d and she sent me to the hospital because they found traces of protein in my urine. I never made it to my scheduled date, I don't expect the next one to make it either.. hopefully it's not my water breaking in public... how embarrassing!

My friend did, but I have NEVER EVER EVER gone into labor. I have NO IDEA what labor is. I've had 3 scheduled c-sections (2 RCS).
I'm about to have my 4th c-section end of the month and I'm hoping to make it to that date too. Fingers crossed.
