Great Appoinment (gush)

Met my OB today. And the Doppler picked up the heartbeat today. It was so wonderful to hear.  The nurse didn't look too impressed that I am still horseback riding, but my OB thought it was perfectly fine to do until I a ready to quit (which I promised my mom I would quit at the end of this month because we complete disagree on the subject). So all in all, I had a wonderful day. I recorded the HB for DH to listen to so we are both happy campers.

    Congrats on the good appointment!

    And as a side note, I rode my horse through my entire first pregnancy.  I ride western so as I got bigger, the horn got a little uncomfortable but it was still manageable.  Probably the last month or so, I was just walking but still getting up on him and riding!  My midwife had given me the approval to ride my own horse (who I know and trust 100%).  She just told me not to train any unknown horses.  Unfortunately, I recently moved across the country and my horse is still back at home with my mom and her horses so I won't be doing much riding this time around.  I do plan to still ride him when I'm home visiting though.
