Dahlia is ONE today!!!!

I usually only lurk on this board, but I had to share the news!! 

I'm oddly nervous about her birthday, and had dreams all night about when I had her.

But today is a Mommy and Me birthday (her party's tomorrow), since S/O will be at the hospital with his sister all day (she's having her gall bladder removed, but that's a different vent post).

 

Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY NOW TODDLER!!!

    thank you ladies!

    i do love her name! we got quite a few scoffs about it from his family at first, but now it just fits her. i couldn't see her with any other name.

    and she IS big! i've lost my ittybitty baby, and she's been replace with a toddler that wants to put herself to sleep, feed herself, and play all alone :*)

     

    also, i'm a little proud of myself today (toot, toot). it marks my one year of breastfeeding!
