virgin coconut oil

So I posted yesterday about golden flax seed to which there wasn't much input... however today I talked to my mom about it and she said she didn't think it was the best idea since you have to consume A LOT of water for it to work its way thru the system correctly.

Therefore I started thinking of other possibilities. Enter virgin coconut oil. I gave her a small amount mixed with her dinner last night and we had a fabulous diaper today! Yes we did. Lol. Virgin coconut oil is an amazing product. I can't believe how many things it is good for!!!
