So, I went for b/w and u/s this am. (Preface: My stupid clinic does not give you progesterone after the mock cycle. It seems like they do everywhere else))
My body must have decided that it wanted to recruit follies once the estrace stopped. I have a 17 and 19mm follies on my left and a 12mm on my right. I can't make that many follies on IVF drugs. Now I make them naturally? WTF? They aren't collapsing yet so we can't tell if they are follies or corpus luteums until the b/w comes back. My lining was funky at 13mm and she said it was an HH so I think I probably already O'd. My guess is that it will be another 1.5weeks for AF to show up.
I just wrote the nurse a snarky email about how annoyed I am that they don't use P4 post mock cycle. Maybe some people's bodies are tricked by the estrace but I can't be the only one who decides to grow follies and O afterward. If they had given my P4, I would have gotten AF a week ago and would have started my DE cycle this week. Now I am delayed by at least 3 weeks.
UPDATE: My estrogen is 431 and P4 is 7. I definitely ovulated. Probably another 7-10 days for AF now. Please pass the wine!

Sometimes I seriously want to know WTH is going on in these ovaries. Something similar happened to me during my last IUI. I always had one or two follicles for the first 8 IUIs and for #9, I was just going through the motions and had no hope.
Of course, what did my body do? Develop five mature follicles just for fun. That's just two fewer than during IVF #1 when I was pumping myself full of Menopur and Bravelle.
It's just so frustrating sometimes... I am so sorry for yet another setback...

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
