B's favorite thing to do in the whole wide world is poop in the tub. She always makes sure she holds it in until she's clean and just about done with her bath. Tonight she started tooting and grunting and I thought "Oh no you don't!!" and picked her up and quickly put her on the potty. How did this idea not occur to me before?!?

Re: s/o going potty
Haha! This is too funny.
O has done it once and I don't think she even knew what she was doing lol

"What did my fingers do before they held you? What did my heart do with it's love?"
Ha, quick action!
G LOVES pooping in the tub too. I've tried to hold her over the potty a few times but it's never worked for us. I guess she gets nervous and clenches up or something. She's a silent pooper though, I hardly ever get advanced warning.
Haha... that is a cute story! It reminds me of my friend who swears she had her 10 month daughter potty trained. She practiced Elimination Communication which starts by doing exactly what you did. Hmmmmm? Very interesting to me. Maybe B is *telling* you something

She doesn't do it every time she has a bath, but it happens quite frequently. Interestingly enough, my mom says I was also quite the bath tub pooper when I was a baby. She started potty training me at 15 months, so maybe B will follow my lead!
