Best carrier to nurse in?

I have a Baby K'tan (I love it), but I can't nurse comfortably in it. I read many reviews on it and a lot of women have a hard time nursing in this carrier.

Which carriers do you recommend for breastfeeding?

I think a lot of it has to do with practice...and your body shape/size. I'm pretty narrow with a long torso and small chest. I have trouble with anything that requires dropping baby down as I have to drop them so low to be able to line up with my breast because I don't have anything to lift up to them! I find a ring sling (or a short wrap worn rebozo style) easiest to nurse in because I can swing LO sideways more.

The problem with nursing in the k'tan is that you can't really loosen it to drop baby down. Anything - mei tai, wrap, buckle carrier (although I think buckles are a bit trickier) - that you can loosen, works better.

Yup - Maya wrap is just a ring sling so that is a good option I think!

i am large chested and nurse my 11 month old great in the Ergo Sport. Have nursed him in it since he was 5 months old. We both Love it!

I've been able to comfortably nurse my DD in both the Ergo and Moby wrap since she was a few months old. I can still nurse her in both, although we use the Ergo a lot more now.

I second the ring sling for nursing a little baby! I loved it. Now that she's older, I can nurse in my Ergo or MT just fine too.
