lol i am so emarrased and m such an emotional wreck......my husband makes me laugh so hard i pee myself and then all of a sudden i just start crying for no reason, m fedup of cryin for no reason...sigh...then again i pee myself wen i sneeze lol doin my kegels kinda helpin

Don't worry your not alone. I had that happen a few times when I would sneeze. I even stated getting so paranoid that I would wear liners when I left the house. The only thing I can suggest is to continue with your kegels, buy some liners, and know your not alone.
