Boy name poll

We have 2 dd's-Keira and Elyse. Last name is 2 syllables starting with a C and its Irish.  I don't like super common names but i think its important for a strong name that won't be trendy for a boy.[Poll]

    I had a hard time voting.  I immediately went to Sullivan, but I don't like Sully.  Then I wavered over Bennett, which I don't particularly like, but the nn Ben is pretty awesome.  Then I looked at your DDs' names and thought Brennan would work best.  So.....I don't know what to vote for.

    I don't like Harrison (Harry, ugh) and Finnegan/Finn is cropping up too much for my liking.

    I should get points for remembering the contenders off the top of my head.  :-)  

    Final vote is going to Brennan.

    I absolutely love Brennan.  I think it sounds great with your daughters' names.  It's my favorite boy name and DH loves it too but our last name starts with a J and DH nixed BJ initials.  Sullivan is my mom's maiden name and I have always wanted to use it as a middle name for a boy.  Her nickname was Sully when she was in the Navy.  I think it's a great name too.

    Really love Bennett and Finnegan, and both have traditional but strong NNs. Ben and Finn. That's my vote.

    Harrison- nms

    Bennett- alright

    Sullivan- like it (my vote)

    Brennan- reminds me of the chick from the show bones

    Finnegan- no, just no.. although its spelled different, reminds me of the pill that gets rid of nausea.

    I really like both Bennett and Brennan. Bennett is a part of the very popular surname trend, though, and you said you didn't want a trendy name, so I voted Brennan as a tiebreaker. 

    (I don't think Bennett is THAT trendy, but I needed a tiebreaker, so went with that!)

    Love Brennan!
    Can't stand the NNs Finn, Sully, Harry... Ben is ok but still not as good as Brennan.

    I had a difficult time voting as well. I voted for Finnegan because I think it goes well with your daughter's names. Love Finn too.

    Aye, the polls are close! Not too helpful for you, huh? haha. I voted Bennett - totally love it. It's popular enough to be easily recognized, but unpopular enough to stand out in a good way. It's a keeper :)
