Ladies, advice please (bday related)

in September 2011 Moms

We are having O's party outside at a park, a few people in the families/ friends smoke. 

Would it be insane if I made a few signs To hang at each entrance of our pavilion that say something like "please no smoking around the pavillion" or "please smoke in parking lot"

Thoughts?

    I would offer that info up helpfully when guests arrive.
    "Presents go on this table and if you need a smoke there's a ashtray in the parking lot"
    Bring a coffee can with sand and put it where you want the smokers. It wouldn't hurt to recruit a smoking friend to redirect anyone who insists on being ignorant.

    Not insane at all! What would be insane is if you made the signs and they still smoked around a pregnant lady and her 1 year old baby!

    They don't think!

    When we were moving they came to our house and smoked right outside then came inside!! HELLO! There's a baby in here. Ugh! People just don't think when it comes to smoking. Selfish!!
